Executive Director
After five years in Toronto, Ryan is excited to be back on the Prairies building relationships with vulnerable and at-risk community youth - walking alongside them in their challenges and struggles and celebrating their victories.
As Executive Director of YFC Morden, Ryan encourages and leads the development of the YFC team, a group of passionate youth workers that focuses on the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental well-being of our at-risk youth in southern Manitoba.
On a perfect day, you’ll find Ryan with a book in one hand and a coffee in the other, fending off four children, cooking on the BBQ and exasperating his wife Adrienne.

Gym Program Coordinator (Morden)
The Man, the Myth, the Legend, the Brett.
As the gym program coordinator, Brett ensures that our gym programs are of a high quality and that the gym stays functional. But that isn’t his passion, his passion is encouraging and mentoring the youth of Samsons Gym, he truly and genuinely cares about each one.
Brett loves working out, hockey, and police work! He is currently in school for police work, but takes time out of his busy schedule to mentor teams at the gym.

Female Program Coordinator (Morden)
Melissa has been with our team for the past 2 years. Her goal is to be approachable and relational in all that she does. She has run several different programs throughout her time at YFC. Some of these programs include Supper Club, Alpha Bible Study, Camp Connections, and the main program that she runs all year, Girls Night.
She believes that the Gospel message has the power to change lives and this Gospel is therefore foundational to all she does at YFC and in her personal life as well!

Junior High PRogram Director
Ev is a multitasker, high initiative person with a passion for ministering to teens. She loves Drop-in and all the chaos that it can bring, and enjoys bringing 8:28 talks to the teens in fun and creative ways.
Ev enjoys paddle boarding, flower picking, baking and podcasts (a little too much). She is from Ontario though, so she talks a little funny - but you get used to it!

Female Program Coordinator (Pilot Mound)
Lauryn never thought she would be involved with teens on a regular basis. Now she works at YFC and volunteers with teens in multiple capacities, annndddd is getting a degree in social work.
She is super busy so she can only be with YFC part time, but man does she make the most of it. She loves and cares for teens deeply, and shows them that they have worth and value. Every teen she works with will tell you that she shows them that they are cared for incredibly well, we are grateful to have her!

Ministries Director
Growing up attending and volunteering at the YFC Drop-In in Pilot Mound, Reilly went on to attend Steinbach Bible college graduating with his degree in Christian Studies. Although Reilly knew he would be involved in ministry, he wouldn’t have told you that YFC would be his calling - however, God knew. After wrapping up another season in his patio building business, Reilly was looking for work and by God’s design, he accepted a role at YFC.
Reilly has a compassionate heart fit for YFC; he has a love for showing the vulnerable youth that walk through our doors that they are valued, heard and no matter what, God will always love them.

Satellite Director (Pilot Mound)
Meet Tim - He’s great!
Tim took on the role of Satellite Director of Pilot Mound YFC in January 2023. He loves connecting with teens at weekly Drop-In nights and with those who stop by throughout the day.
Tim has a history in camp ministry, is an avid canoer, and enjoys connecting with others through boardgames and sports.
jaqueline
Office Administrator
From coffee to YFC. Jaqueline wanted to be a part of a Christian workplace, and we are so happy to have her with us. She is new to the job, but doesn’t shy away from any task!
Jaqueline loves to cook, bake and play piano! However, if Jaqueline isn’t at YFC she will probably be at church where she loves to invest time and energy building the kingdom of God.
