Executive Director

Growing up attending and volunteering at the YFC Drop-In in Pilot Mound, Reilly went on to attend Steinbach Bible college graduating with his degree in Christian Studies. Although Reilly knew he would be involved in ministry, he wouldn’t have told you that YFC would be his calling - however, God knew. After wrapping up another season in his patio building business, Reilly was looking for work and by God’s design, he accepted a role at YFC.

Reilly has a compassionate heart fit for YFC; he has a love for showing the vulnerable youth that walk through our doors that they are valued, heard and no matter what, God will always love them.

Junior High PRogram Director

Ev is a multitasker, high initiative person with a passion for ministering to teens. She loves Drop-in and all the chaos that it can bring, and enjoys bringing 8:28 talks to the teens in fun and creative ways.

Ev enjoys paddle boarding, flower picking, baking and podcasts (a little too much). She is from Ontario though, so she talks a little funny - but you get used to it!

Ministry Team Lead (Morden)

Lauryn never thought she would be involved with teens on a regular basis. Now she works at YFC and volunteers with teens in multiple capacities, annndddd is getting a degree in social work.

She is super busy so she can only be with YFC part time, but man does she make the most of it. She loves and cares for teens deeply, and shows them that they have worth and value. Every teen she works with will tell you that she shows them that they are cared for incredibly well, we are grateful to have her!

Satellite Director (Pilot Mound)

Meet Tim - He’s great!

Tim took on the role of Satellite Director of Pilot Mound YFC in January 2023. He loves connecting with teens at weekly Drop-In nights and with those who stop by throughout the day.

Tim has a history in camp ministry, is an avid canoer, and enjoys connecting with others through boardgames and sports.

FEMALE PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Susana sees the hurt and pain in others and desires to bring the love of Jesus to teens. She enjoys being out on the water, studying her Bible and building meaningful relationships with others.

jaqueline

Office Administrator

From coffee to YFC. Jaqueline wanted to be a part of a Christian workplace, and we are so happy to have her with us. She is new to the job, but doesn’t shy away from any task!

Jaqueline loves to cook, bake and play piano! However, if Jaqueline isn’t at YFC she will probably be at church where she loves to invest time and energy building the kingdom of God.
